Here you will find links to my published books, along with occasional essays in blog form.  Subject matter will include elements of philosophy, along with experiential observations of science, human interaction, and that ever-changing time-space continuum we call life in the universe as we know it.  Most of these will be shrouded in anonymity to preserve the dignity of anyone who might recognize their unwitting contributions, but occasionally there might be one or two recognizable individuals who, through no fault of their own, deserve to be specified.  Not to worry, those will be entirely complimentary!  Politics: off-limits.  Personal stuff: likewise.  Proprietary material not yet in the public domain: heaven forbid.  Points to ponder and a pet peeve or two: that's the idea.  And maybe a cynical chuckle.  

Jim is the creator of the XUSA series of medical and technothrillers, centered on a cabal of well-meaning corporate spies led by a secretive billionaire.  

Jim lives in Melbourne, Australia, with his family.  This isn't his real job.  He's actually a biotechnology/pharmaceutical researcher.  Unmet medical needs and all that.
