Here you will find links to my published books, along with an occasional blog or two.  Subject matter will combine elements of philosophy, experiential observations of science, human interaction, and that ever-changing time-space continuum we call life in the universe as we know it.  Most of these will be shrouded in anonymity to preserve the dignity of anyone who might recognize their unwitting contributions, but occasionally there might be one or two recognizable individuals who deserve to be specified.  Not to worry, those will be entirely complimentary!  Politics and most personal stuff: don't expect.  Proprietary material not yet in the public domain: heaven forbid.  Points to ponder, a pet peeve or two, and the odd cynical chuckle: that's the idea.  If you prefer to communicate in bullet points, as some folks do, these may be of little or no interest, but that kind of prosaic distillation is best left to Powerpoint gurus, impatient executives, and anyone who doesn't like writing much.

Jim is the creator of the XUSA series of medical and technothrillers, centered on a cabal of well-meaning corporate spies led by a secretive billionaire.  

Jim lives in Melbourne, Australia, with his family.  This isn't his real job.  He's actually a biotechnology/pharmaceutical researcher.  Unmet medical needs and all that.
